let's just say that i gave my agent one of those days when he wished that the earth would just swallow him alive or that he'd faint, or worst drop dead. i was raging angry with this agent i cannot express in words how much.
i told him in the most direct, insensitive and heartless way that i find his actions a demonstration of the lack of value he has for the job. i am very much aware about the kind of perception people have of the callcenter industry - it is a no-brainer job, easy, nothing to be taken seriously.
buut honestly, i have not come to know any other industry that puts so much value to quality and performance than this industry. and yes, he might have been among those people who thought that it is "just" a job.
well, guess what, i do not work with people who have that kind of attitude. it is either you change your attitude or i kick you out. believe me i can easily do the second.
